Spirulina Contains Plentiful Vitamins And More
Spirulina is one of hundreds of blue green algae species. Algae are organisms, found throughout the world, that usually grow on inland waters. It resembles a bluegreen scum. Algaes are usually divided by color. Some examples are green, bluegreen, yellowgreen, red, and brown. There are 8000 species of green algae in the world. Spirulina is the easiest of the three main types of algae to digest.
Spirulina does not have roots, leaves, or stems as most herbs do. But spirulina does contain chlorophyll and performs photosynthesis. Spirulina also creates proteins and sugars as animals do.
Africans living in the Sahara region eat dried spirulina with grains and vegetables. The Aztecs of Mexico were known to eat Spirulina as a staple food, fixing it by drying it and then spreading it on tortillas. Both animals and humans have counted on spirulina as a source of food for centuries.
Here are some of the benefits of spirulina. Spirulina contains antioxidants that enhance the immune system. It is highly nutritious and is an excellent source of protein, chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. For example, it has 26 times the calcium of milk. It also contains phosphorus, B12, iron, and is easily digested. It is a safe food with no side effects and is easy to store. In fact, it has been called the Manna of the future. It is used to treat anemia, cataracts, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, glaucoma, hepatitis, and physical imbalances. It also aids weight loss.
We mentioned spirulinas ability to enhance the immune system. It does this by producing antiinflammatory chemicals known as interferons and interleukins. Spirulina may decrease or prevent some allergic responses and block the release of histamine from mast cells during an allergic reaction. In so doing, spirulina may prevent or at least decrease histamines effects. These effects would include blood vessel expansion, muscle contraction, and stomach acid production.
The afore mentioned antioxidant and immuneenhancing properties in spirulina may help it fight cancer cells. It also helps to release a chemical in the body that attacks tumor cells. Spirulina also appears to block virus cells from entering into host cells. In tests several viruses, including HIV, have apparently been killed or damaged by spirulina.
NASA stated, The Nutritional value of one kg spirulina is equivalent to 1,000 kgs of assorted fruits and vegetables. In other words, spirulina is an exceptionally nutrient substance. Spirulina is made up of 85% protein, compared with 20% in beef. All the essential amino acids and most of the nonessential ones are found in Spirulina and, as noted above, it is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals.
Spirulina may be purchased in three forms tablets, capsules, and powder. One tablespoon of spirulina powder is about seven grams and one to ten are recommended daily. However, when treating more serious illnesses like hepatitis, use four teaspoons a day. The true is, you can consume as much as you want. You can even use it as your primary source of protein. Some make Spirulina smoothies, sprinkle it on their food, or add it to fruit or vegetable juices to add nutrition. Its a great addition to soups, salads, or pasta, and can change plain yoghurt into green algae yoghurt. But note that Spirulina is most nutritious when uncooked..

Runner Rugs
Runner Rugs
Runner rugs are the second most common shape after your standard rectangle. Dimensions range from about 2.5 to three feet wide by anywhere from six to 20 feet long. Today runners are used almost exclusively in hallways andprimarily in the United Stateson staircases.
Installing a stairway runner isnt difficult. The tools youll need include a staple gun with halfinch staples, a tack hammer, 16 carpet tacks, a tackless strip, a carpet pad, a blunt chisel, and a measuring tape. Cut the strips about an inch and a half narrower than the runner. Apply one of each pair toward the bottom of the riser, and the other toward the back of the step. Start at the top of the staircase. Pull the runner straight down to the next step, rather than trying to wrap it around the tread nose.
In the Middle East, however, runners were used in rooms as well as corridors. Until about 60 years ago, in fact, arrangements in many traditional Persian rooms featured an assortment of runner rugs. The rooms, of course, were very largeone explanation for why the tradition is only rarely seen today.
The classic example centers around the main rug, called the mianfarsh middle carpet. It measured about seven feet wide by about 18 feet long. The kellegi, measuring about five feet wide by about 15 feet long, opened into the room from the doorway or hallway. Two long and narrow runner rugs called the kenareh, each perhaps three or four feet wide and anywhere from five to 30 feet long, ran on either side of the mianfarsh. These four rugs were used and sold as a set.

The first thing youll want to do is to produce some samples of your garments to see if they will sell. If you have a color inkjet printer and if you have created the designs on your computer or can transfer them to the computer, you can print them out onto special transfer paper. You can then use an electric iron to transfer the design from the transfer paper to blank Tshirts. To test the process, you can purchase transfer paper in small quantities from office supply stores like Office Max, Office Depot or Staples. If the result is satisfactory, then you can look on the Internet for suppliers who will sell you larger quantities of transfer paper at lower per/sheet costs. If you dont have a color printer or your designs are not on your computer, you may want to contact a local screen printer and have them produce your initial samples for you. Look in the yellow pages for printers. Stenciling is yet another option, if the designs are suitable.
You can find manufacturers and wholesalers from whom to purchase Tshirts on the Internet, too. You can find those by searching the web for terms like Tshirt manufacturer or wholesale tshirts. Some may have large minimum order requirements, and many may require you to have a resale tax number to purchase at wholesale price. Ive included some links below to get you started.
Using your ink jet printer and an electric iron to create the shirts is not something youll want to do once you identify which designs sell and want to print any of them in quantity. It will help you determine which designs are most saleable, but once you do need to produce them in quantity youd want to look into other means of producing the shirts or find someone to produce them for you.
Trade magazines for the screen printing industry and the promotional products industry are a good source of information and leads to industry suppliers. So, too, is the Internet. There are a number of links at the end of this article that will help find suppliers and additional information about imprinting apparel and other items as well.
Once you have some samples made up, its time to start selling them. You can do this in several ways. If you have just a few samples, take orders for them. Show the samples to friends and family and ask them for orders. You might want to have a home party, perhaps sharing the time with a friend who sells items suitable for display and sale at home parties. Or, you could display your shirts at flea markets and craft shows and either sell them outright if you have enough made or take orders. If you see there is a big demand for your designs, you could do additional research into the apparel, promotional products if appropriate and screen printing industries to see how to grow your business.

Symbols of the Seven Spirits of God
Symbols of the Seven Spirits of God
Each has Her own name and sphere of influence, but all always act together to produce the very character and nature of God Himself. Here we will consider some of the symbols used to represent the Seven Spirits of God.
Some of the nonspecific symbols of the Seven Spirits of God include: the seven branched menorah Exodus 25:3140, the seven eyes on the rock Zechariah 3:9 and on the Lamb Revelation 5:6, the seven lamp stands Revelation 1:12, the seven stars Revelation 1:20, the seven horns on the Lamb Revelation 5:6, and the seven thunders Revelation 10:3. Even though each of these symbols represent the Seven Spirits of God collectively, we have no way of discerning one Spirit from another. However, there are also many other symbols which do separate into individual Spirits. For example, let us consider the Spirit of Life:
The very first revelation of the Seven Spirits, not including the many repetitions of words and names of God, is the seven days of creation. On the third day, which we will call Tuesday by tradition, the Lord created the oceans, dry land, and plant life, hence the Spirit of Life acted in creation. She is represented by the breath of life Genesis 2:7, Her rainbow color is green the color of life, She is responsible for the first plague on Egypt turning the river to blood Exodus 7:1925, the seventh of the ten commandments adultery, and is represented by the last of the seven commanded annual feasts: the Feast of Tabernacles Deuteronomy 16:1317. When we look at the book of Revelations, we find that She is represented by the church at Sardis the dead church 3:16, the fourth seal which is also the fourth horseman of the apocalypse death 6:7,8, the first trumpet vegetation struck 8:7, the second blessing of the Book of Revelation those who die will rest 14:13, and the third bowl of wrath rivers and springs turn to blood 16:4. Obviously, similar lists could be made for the remaining Spirits of God.
If the Seven Spirits of God are so ubiquitous throughout the entire Bible, why is it that almost no one has ever heard a sermon or teaching about Them? I asked the Lord the exact same question, and He replied no one asked. Yes the Lord God is infinite. Yes we will be forever learning more about Him, His nature, and His ways, but it isnt like this information was hidden. Certainly the ancient priests of Israel should have known there was something special about a seven day week and a sevenbranched menorah, but they apparently didnt care to look into it. They were more concerned about what they could receive from God, rather than contemplating the identity of God.
Most people would much rather seek blessings from the Lord, but not the Lord Himself, the Provider of those blessings, and rarely receive the blessings they desire. They live in ignorance and poverty by their own design. Perhaps the real reason we rarely receive the blessings the Lord has promised for those who seek Him, is the fact that we would rather seek the blessings than the provider of those blessings:
Therefore do not worry, saying, What shall we eat? or What shall we drink? or What shall we wear? For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6:3134, NKJV
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Simple Ways To Turn A Potato Into A Meal Little Ones Love
Simple Ways To Turn A Potato Into A Meal Little Ones Love
Potatoes are a standard of the American diet. This is because they are such a versatile food. Potatoes can be boiled, fried, mashed, baked, or turned into chips. We won be frying any potatoes today, but by using the other ways a potato can be prepared, you can turn it into a meal your kids will love.
Let prepare a baked potato deluxe. To make the skin of the potato peel back simpler coat them with olive oil prior to baking them. I personally prefer that better than utilizing the aluminum foil wrap. I seen people cut the potato prior to removing the aluminum and I wonder how many small particles of that aluminum are in that potato. While the potatoes are baking, enlist the aid of your little ones to help you make ready the potato bar. Let them add some of their favorites to your list. I would recommend that a good list start with: shredded cheese, bacon crumbles they taste better than bacon bits, chopped green onions, salsa, butter spray or low calorie margarine, and sour cream. While the potatoes are still hot, split them open and add the butter spray and the cheese to give it a chance to melt. Then, add the other items if desired. This loaded baked potato won require anything else unless you would like a salad. Kids will like that fact that they get to fix their own dinner.
For a lighter lunch, scoop the potato out of the baked skins. Smash the potato and mix it with shredded cheese, bacon crumbles, green onions, and reducedfat margarine. Refill the potato skins and bake again until the cheese is melted. Slice the potato into four sections to make it more manageable for your little ones to handle. These twice baked potatoes are delicious.
Soup On! Potato soup is tasty. It is best in the fall or winter to warm you up on a chilly afternoon, but on a spring evening, it can be a treat. But, potato soup can be bland with only the potatoes. Here another way to make a meal for your little ones using a potato. Add a few tasty items to your soup. You can just about add the same things to the soup that you can add to top a baked potato. My favorite toppings for potato soup are shredded cheese, broccoli florets, bits of ham or bacon, chives, and green onions. The meat gives it more protein to sustain your kids until the next meal. Potato soup can be consumed as a lunch meal or a light dinner. All of the additions give it great taste for the little ones.
The potato even works in a salad. Everyone makes their potato salad a little differently, but however they prepare it, it is great to eat on a warm summer day for lunch. Potato salad is generally a side dish item at picnics or housewarming parties. Here we will turn it into a light meal for the little ones and you. To give it a little crunch, add chopped celery and onion to the salad. For the meat, use sliced shrimp for a seafood twist or ham cubes. The potato chunks should still be the biggest thing in the bowl since it is the main character of the dish. Mayonnaise and mustard round out the list of ingredients with salt and pepper added to taste.
Potatoes are yummy and wallet friendly. There are so numerous ways that they can be cooked which adds to their appeal. If you are searching for a way to prepare them that will be yummy and satisfy your kids, try the tips previously mentioned in addition to some of your own. Read our full Terms of Service.

How to Make Stage Props
How to Make Stage Props
Stage props or more specifically, properties are the items that actors handle or interact with onstage. A director may choose to use many, few or no props at all. The choice is generally based upon the type of play or the atmosphere that a director wishes to produce.
Several plays are typically performed with the absence of props or with just a few George Orwells 1984 and Thornton Wilders Our Town, for example. I once acted in Shakespeares Measure for Measure with complete period costumes and dialogue, but no theatre props. The play was set exclusively in a boxing ring.
A lack of theatrical props forces the audiences attention solely onto the actors. It can give a play depth and heightened psychological quality. I often find props distracting if they are not used naturally. It is also sometimes difficult to see or distinguish them.
However, in many productions, props are a necessity. They are important for fairy tales, mysteries, and plotdriven drama plays that are known for the strong plot and storyline more than for the acting. Essentially, props should enhance our understanding and enjoyment of the show. In fairy tales, tales from other cultures and mystery, props like wands, jewel, golden goblets, weapons, and props which are clues add enjoyment. Childrens theater often relies upon lovely props.
Here are some guidelines for designing your own.
First, before you make anything, do some scrounging for borrowed props. Make sure these are items of no intrinsic value; otherwise they will have to be insured.
Next, think about what could be purchased inexpensively from discount stores. Check Goodwill for lamps, mirrors, books, dishware, bedding, pillows, purses, sports equipment, etc.
When these possibilities have been exhausted, list what you will need to make.
List materials you will need: wood, metals, fabric, decorations, etc. You might also consider gathering old holiday decorations.
Research where you can get the best prices. I like bargain bins at fabric stores like Joanne Fabrics and lumber yards Menards, for example. If you are lucky enough to have a junkyard nearby, check there.
Proper planning ensures that you can get the most props for your money, for example from a piece of material.
For the fabric props curtains, banners, and garments, make these on a basic sewing machine. If someone has access to a machine with a serger it cuts and sews professional seams, this would be very helpful for the large props like banners.
For wooden props, a basic band saw can be used. A jigsaw is also helpful.
Design wooden props to produce special effects with hinges. Wooden props can be very effective I once saw a wonderful production in which an airplane was simulated with other scenery and props on the theatre stage, right before the audiences eyes.
Cut wooden pieces to be removed and reassembled if necessary.
For metal props, use blunt, dulled metal scraps. We had some very respectable swords for our production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe made from metal wrapped with electrical tape and decorated with glueon jewels.
Some props can be made of foam. If a play calls for a prop to be smashed or shattered, you can make on solid prop and an identical one cut into pieces and reassembled. When it needs to be broken, use a glass smashing sound effect on tape.
How To Do Strategic Planning
How To Do Strategic Planning
Aim at nothing and you are bound to hit it! Without strategic planning, aim is skewed and results are lacking. How does a person, company, or group project its goals for successful results: Do strategic planning. There are a number of steps that can be involved in strategic planning; however, a simplistic approach to any goal requires a starting point. Here is a simple four step approach to do strategic planning.
You begin by Plotting Goals. Plotting goals is similar to putting dots on a map and calculating how many stops along the way you must take to reach your final destination. First and foremost, this process must be fun. If it is boring, bereaving and belaboring, stop now! To continue, let your mind explore, explode and excitingly play with as many ideas as you can. There are no wrong answers. If this is a place to find fault in your plotting, goals will never be realized and accomplishments will rot. The linch pin of plotting goals is leaving negativity at the door and welcoming positive thoughts, visions and dreams.
Now, plan your goals. Once you plot your goals begin planning. Planning Goals is not the laborious job of how tos. Maximizing this step of strategic planning can be stated in a simple phrase: Do not major on the minors, nor minor on the majors. Certain personality types experience an onset of excitement while others experience fear. Make sure the right people are working this stage.
Next, perform your goals. Performing Goals can be the one step that successful companies succeed at and failing companies fail at. This is a difficult step for many. When action is required, nothing less can take place. Strategic planning succeeds when people with a passion are not in the passengers seat but are behind the wheel. Action is required!
Finally, you must position goals. Positioning Goals means to evaluate results or position. For example, if I need to make three calls this week to a potential client, set up a profitable meeting, or plan a training guide of 20 pages, did I complete all of these goals and if they were accomplished, were the preconceived results what truly took place? If so, what position do these goals carry over the next day, week, month or year.

Share tunes between itunes and windows media player
Share tunes between itunes and windows media player
The iPod, is a hardware device that can decode and play mp3 files. Any program, application or device that can play mp3 files, can play the same mp3 files that your daughters iPod plays. The only sketchy area is locating where the files are stored.
iTines is just like Media player or your iPod, you can import files, meaning scan your PC for supported filetypes, so that iTunes can organize your mp3 by artist/title/etc and give you an interface to play them with.
Those files do not get moved from their original location on your pc. These programs do not hold your files, they just keep track of where they are so you can easily select them to play one. The file/application concept is the same with applications like Word, where word knows how to display your doc files, or your favorite photo program knows how to display your jpg files.
This being said, you can locate the folder on iTunes where the mp3s are being stored, or just have media player search your system for media by going to add to library and choosing what part of your harddrive or other drive to scan. If your not sure where they are located on the pc, scan your entire C drive.
On the iPod, the music is located in a hidden folder called iPod_Control\Music\. If you plug your iPod into a Windows XP machine, windows will assign a drive letter to your iPod so you can view the contents of its hard drive. Navigate to the above path to see where the mp3s are stored. If you are not displaying hidden files, you can still paste in the above path, or go to Tools > Folder Options > View folder to adjust weather your system displays hidden files and folders.

Sculptra For A Younger Look
Sculptra For A Younger Look
It is undeniable that dermal fillers have made significant progress since they were first widely used in the 1890s. One of these fillers which marks the enormous progress and innovation in the world of dermal fillers is sculptra. Dermal fillers are known to plump up the skin and improve the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, particularly those around the mouth. Additionally, dermal fillers can be used to enhance the appearance of the lips by making them appear larger and improving their shape. Restylane is often mentioned in the press as this is one of the most popular dermal fillers used for lip enhancement procedures. Lip enhancement procedures have become a popular way for women to safely enhance their natural beauty and emulate their favourite stars such as Angelina Jolie.
However, experts in dermal fillers and dermatological antiaging treatments believe that sculptra is set to take over from restylane in terms of popularity and notoriety to become the most popular and well known of all dermal fillers. Sculptra surgeons are hugely excited by sculptra as they believe that it is the first product to deliver truly natural looking results which develop over time. One Sculptra surgeon described sculptra as being able to literally rewind the aging process as the patient becomes younger before our very eyes, it is as if sculptra can actually rewind time. Sculptra surgeons believe that sculptra treatment will become enormously popular with women who wish to look like themselves only a younger and fresher version. Unlike full face lifting, sculptra treatment will not completely and dramatically alter the patients face, instead delivering the natural results that they desire.
Sculptra surgeons say that they have even managed to develop a technique of performing nonsurgical full face lifting using sculptra. Clearly the results of a nonsurgical full face lifting using sculptra are far more subtle than a full surgical face lift, however, sculptra surgeons say that subtle results are desired increasingly by their clients. Clearly, using sculptra to achieve nonsurgical full face lifting does not require the use of a general anaesthetic as the sculptra treatment can be administered via injection. Sculptra treatment is generally viewed as being uncomfortable rather than painful, and the sculptra surgeon will apply ice to the patients face to minimise bruising, swelling and redness as well as discomfort. Sculptra surgeons do warn patients to expect a degree of bruising following treatment using sculptra, however they do advise that this can be minimised if the patient takes an arnica supplement. Public Testimony For Hb 1660
From my perspective, when a patient arrives at the hospital with a large brain stem bleed because of a major stroke after he stopped taking his blood pressure medicines when his retirement plan unexpectedly dropped his health insurance, and we resuscitate him just long enough for his family to arrive and say their goodbyes;
And this and similar situations occur where patients between jobs and in retirement are forced to cut back and consequently die as the economy worsens, suffice to say, Nurses and Doctors see these sorts of examples all the time.
Burnout in my profession results because of a profit driven health care system that isnt taking care of anyone, and Nurses and Doctors are left to pick up the pieces.
Or take the example of a man between jobs without health insurance, with a job interview the day after his car slipped on black ice, was flown by helicopter to an area trauma unit, and spent 2 days in Intensive Care before he was moved to a regular hospital room.
He sustained major injuries to his spine, including fractured and compressed vertebrae, and shattered discs.
This man was incapable of attending the job interview, of a job he was favored to get, and now has a huge hospital bill after major surgery to his spine, transport by helicopter, and an extended hospital stay.
Or the example of an 89 year old woman, Merle Kuznik, who broke her right hip after suffering a major stroke on her left side. The nursing home she was in insisted that Merle Kuznik apply for Medicaid to pay for expenses not paid by Medicare.
When the paperwork was not completed in a timely fashion, local Constables showed up to her nursing home room, with guns visible but in their holsters, and told her she would have to go to jail for 3 days, if she did not pay.
Merles daughter Mary Beth went to KDKA TV and told the story which the station covered, but Merle was emotionally challenged by the duel threat of incarceration and economic collapse.
Our bill, HB 1660 pays for long term care and does not involve the bureaucratic paper work that was created ultimately by health insurance companies to deny payment to consumers.
If HB 1660 was in place, Marybeth and Merle wouldnt be going through this degrading experience.
The question is, how many other of our elderly as well as most people between employment, are having similar experiences that are the worst kind of humiliations in what is NOT a civil society until we get a single payer system instituted in our country?
Meanwhile, the health insurance industry continues to lobby to protect their position and profits, while the system theyve created continues to disenfranchise more and more people in this country every year.
I would be remiss if I did not talk about single mothers in this scenario.
I spoke to such a woman whose yearly income is $18,000/yearly, but because her exhusband had insurance that covered little if anything, her 2 children did not qualify for schip.
She went to her state representative who gave her poor advice: To ask her exhusband to drop his insurance, wait 90 days, and reapply to schip, not taking into account that her exhusband was court mandated to have such insurance.
Consequently, her outofpocket medical expenses continue to mount because of a system that allows too many single mothers to fall through the cracks.
In sharp contrast, a health care system which includes full and unlimited medical, dental, prescription drugs, durable medical equipment, home nursing, mental health, optical, substance abuse, hospice, longterm care, emergency transport, physical and occupational therapy, will free all of us to make full contributions to our families and to society.
Malpractice, another overwhelming stress contributed to a health care system in crisis, will fade.
America will be able to compete in the Global Economy.
The stressors I have described will vanish.
HB 1660 has the singular capacity to bring the haves and have nots together for a common cause that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and America desperately need.

From my perspective, when a patient arrives at the hospital with a large brain stem bleed because of a major stroke after he stopped taking his blood pressure medicines when his retirement plan unexpectedly dropped his health insurance, and we resuscitate him just long enough for his family to arrive and say their goodbyes;

Suicide Grief
Suicide Grief
Why would someone we love do that to themselves? What was going on in their mind that this was their only way out? Did I miss something in their behavior that could have warned me of this possibility? I feel lost and confused, and maybe even guilty. I cannot accept that a person I thought I knew would do this. These are the common questions and effects of suicide grief.
The questions and confusing thoughts keep coming because, like everything else in life, we want desperately to understand Why? Why? Why? Why? We are in shock. We are dumbstruck. We are broken by the news. Someone we know and love has killed him or herself. Our child has killed him or herself. Our son, our daughter, our friend, our parent, our partner, our lover, our brother, our sister, our cousin, our high school buddy, our girlfriend, our boyfriend has taken their own life.
During my therapy career I lost 2 clients to suicide. The first one was a young man in his mid twenties. He had just broken up with his wife of 1 year and he was very depressed. His parents ran a car dealership in a nearby small community and everyone in this town seemed to know each other. He had married his high school sweetheart. They seemed destined for success. Problems arose in their relationship and they separated. By the time I saw him he was quite low.
Sadly, I only got to see him on 3 occasions before the news came. A police officer phoned my office early one morning and asked if I knew this person. When I said yes, the officer reported that the young man had committed suicide in his parents garage via carbon monoxide poisoning.
I never did see his parents. My office condolences and I left it open as to whether they would want to contact me or not. They never replied. Although not attached personally, I sought the help of my advisor on how I should deal with this. A therapists first reaction is How have I failed? A lot of processing, with help, has to happen before we come to terms with such an event. Even though its not our loved one, the loss still remains poignant. This is also the time I was made aware that a support group for therapists, who had lost clients to suicide, even existed.
The second suicide of a client was much worse. This gentleman had been with me for 3 years dealing with a variety of issues including suicidal ideation. He had attempted more than once already. During our time together I came to know him quite well. He always kept an emotional distance from me most of the time we worked together. Occasionally hed let his inner self come out, but that was rare. He had been sexually molested as a child and that was at the root of his depression and suicidal ideation. He would see me regularly for several months and then disappear, sometimes up to a year.
When he returned to therapy we would pick up where we left off. Rarely did he ever let his guard down. After a third or fourth absence of several months the word came that he had killed himself. I was stunned. I had hoped that we were making sufficient progress to keep that option at bay. This one felt like a failure to me at first. But after working it through with my advisor I had to conclude that his will to die was stronger than my will to have him recover and enjoy his life. There were serious character flaws at work here including a histrionic diagnostic classification that held suicide as a common occurrence.
Regardless of those details I felt this loss and I had to work it through. Despite my knowledge, training and experience I still had to deal with my emotions just like his family did. A former girlfriend of his came to see me and we discussed her reactions in detail. To the question of Why? I had to accept that the dynamics of his personality and his determination to stay guarded were at the root of his problem. He saw suicide as a better option than being vulnerable with me or in any of his intimate relationships.
To the question of Why? there often isnt a satisfactory answer. This adds to the complicated nature of suicide grief Grief support groups for family members of suicide can offer some insight and the chance for eventual acceptance. In the end we have to accept that we never knew that person as much as we believed. They withheld secrets from us and from everyone else. And their commitment to escape life was stronger than our love for them. Each of us has that choice To Be or Not To Be. Most of us choose life.
The grief you are experiencing now is tougher than the normal variety because of that question. To think you had something to do with it is absurd. You never had that level of power over them even if they were your child. There are character flaws, genetic dispositions, propensity to depression and numerous other reasons that lead a person to suicide. None of them have anything to do with you. If a therapist cannot stop them, what do you think you can do? You will have to accept that this was their choice, and it was precipitated by their refusal to be open to others.
Why do people commit suicide? Here are some reasons from a therapists point of view. They are mad at someone and have chosen to punish them for some misbehavior. A close friend of mines wife chose this path. They are feeling desperate and isolated and theyve amplified those feelings with alcohol or drugs, leading to a deeper depression and the willingness to act. They feel their inner pain is unbearable and no one can help them. They refuse to be helped. The list goes on and includes more probabilities than you could ever imagine. What chance do you have to prevent a suicide? Very little, unless you are actually there to stop them, or they have finally reached out to you in desperation.
Youre going to be feeling a lot of different emotions as a result of this event. You will feel angry at the victim. You may feel guilty for feeling angry at the victim. You will certainly be feeling shocked and confused. After these initial reactions will come the grief and thats where you get to help yourself.
What do you need to do for yourself? Join a support group. See a therapist. Acquire a good book or audio resource to help you deal with your feelings and emotions. You will never have a satisfactory answer to Why? But you can heal your own grief. Dont try and tough this one out, youll only become more depressed as a result. Do not repeat the mistake that drove your loved one to suicide. Give yourself every opportunity to heal and gain acceptance over an event you had no control of.

Save Time and Money with Once a Month Cooking
Save Time and Money with Once a Month Cooking
At the end of a busy day, what the one thing you looking forward to? Relaxing on the couch, taking a long bath, reading a good book a home cooked meal? Yeah, right. Unless you consider cooking a treat, which most tired mothers do not, the idea of coming up with yet another healthy and tasty dinner is just too much, and certainly not fun.
What would you say if I told you there is a method that has become very popular among exhausted parents that gets the cooking done and meals prepared and made ready for the busy work weeks. No, I not talking about hiring a live in cook. Besides that just another person to deal with. No, what I suggesting is something called a month cooking. Yep, you read it correctly. Also known as cooking it a concept that really taking off.
The idea is to set aside a couple of days where you cook your little heart out. That way your family gets really good dinners for the rest of the month and your time is freed up to do things like enjoy that hot bath or take tap dancing lessons floats your boat.
What I heard from moms who have tried is that not only are they saving time and making good food, but they actually saving money too. Seems like they keeping their budget on track by planning their meals. Makes sense.
Giving in to exhaustion and driving through a burger joint is way too easy. It expensive and unhealthy, but we all know that. What I suggest is taking on the challenge of planning a month worth of meals, buying the ingredients and supplies and scheduling the days to do the work. You can do it all in one day, but if that sounds like a little more than what you willing to take on, then break up the cooking into two days.
So, what do you think? Sound like a good idea? If cooking is something you like to try, there are a few things that you need to get clear before you begin. First of all, don go into it blind. Make a plan and schedule the time. Don schedule a cooking weekend during one of your family busiest times. Avoid holidays and other deadlines. This is supposed to be a positive thing you doing here. In fact, if you can find someone to watch your kids while you cook, then by all means take them up on it. If not, then let the older kids help and have lots of fun things for the little guys to do while you busy making their lives better.
Naturally, you going to need some good, easy, affordable menus for your meals. Plan this well so you save money. Don wait to do the shopping on your actual cooking day. There nothing more frustrating than the grocery store anyway. Be sure you have your list with you and look for bargains and bulk pricing and use those coupons when you can.
Decide how you plan on storing your meals and make sure you have all of the storage bags and containers ready. Get out your crock pot and make as many crock pot recipes as you can so your oven is free for casseroles etc.
Ready to give a month cooking a go? You soon discover that it fun being frugal and way smarter than fast or convenience foods for your family health and budget. Involve your friends and other family members and make it an event. However you do it, just plan well and reap the rewards. Read our full Terms of Service.

Rotator Cuff Exercises
Rotator Cuff Exercises
You have an injured rotator cuff. Maybe even a tear. What are your options? Is there any way to avoid surgery and other intrusive measures? Through the intelligent and progressive use of specific rotator cuff exercises, under certain circumstances it is possible to heal your shoulder naturally and regain full, painfree use of your arm again.
The delicate rotator cuff must be exercised in a gentle and cautious manner to avoid damaging the tissues further. These muscles respond best to high reps and low weight. When first starting out, stay around 1214 reps per set and gradually build up to around 2030 reps as your rotator cuff gets stronger. Strict form is essential so take your time and learn how to do the rotator cuff exercises correctly or else you could make your injury worse.
Besides resistance training, stretching should also be included in any complete rotator cuff therapy approach. Not only does stretching increase circulation, it also helps with range of motion and overall mobility. Anything you can do to improve blood flow to the area stretching, massage, heat, etc. will speed up the healing process.
By slowly and progressively strengthening through intelligent physical therapy, it may be possible to heal your shoulder naturally. Luckily, there are programs designed by specialists in rotator cuff rehab that may be able to help you.
The best rehabilitation program in the world is still no guarantee of success. Its up to you to stay focused and work consistently. A full recovery may take several months, and in some cases a year or more. Are you prepared to go the distance? Properly done physical therapy has the potential to help you regain full use of your shoulder. The key is to be patient and consistent.
Use common sense and avoid the temptation to start performing rotator cuff exercises without the proper guidance. This is a sensitive area and healing must be approached in a very specific way. There is not a lot of margin for error and you could easily make your injury worse. A good rehab program is one that is developed by someone who specializes in rotator cuff injuries.

rental magica
rental magica
Its essentially a nonecchi magical romantic harem anime. It is interesting in that in this world magicians rent out their services and operate out of agencies. Rental Magica is one such agency. Each employee is a magician specializing in a different kind of magic and thus may be specifically required for a particular case. Aside from the magic cases there is an ongoing rivalry with other agencies and many of the characters have things in their past that need to be dealt with. The head of the agency is not a magician but does have an unusual power with a dark history that gets explored. The show spends a bit of time on the back stories of all the major and minor characters. Some of it is funny and some tragic.
The show falls in the action genre I am not sure if you would call it shounen but it does have a lot of those elements. All the normal harem girl stereotypes are accounted for I think, Tsundere, dere dere, loli, Rei clone etc.
The shows episodes were originally deliberately shown out of order. This does not particularly help the plot or mood of the show and will certainly confuse any one going in blind but it does mean that you get to see each magician in action before you get their origin and in one case that actually produces a twist.
Aside from its detailed look at different types of magic the show is pretty generic well the marriage between 2 female mages was interesting. I liked it but it is rental material for me. ha! you see what I did? oh never mind.

Sodium Vapour Lamp
Sodium Vapour Lamp
Sodium Vapour Lamp consists of a discharge tube made from a heat resistant glass, containing a small amount of metallic sodium, neon gas and two electrodes, Neon gas is added to start the discharge and to develop enough heat to vaporize the sodium. Because of law pressure inside the tube, a sufficiently long tube required to obtain more light. To reduce the overall dimension of the lamp, this tube is generally bent into Ushape.
The light produced by this lamp is yellowish which is produced at its optimum pressure of about 0.004mm of mercury. This pressure is obtained at a temperature of about 280 C and so it becomes necessary to maintain this temperature. For this purpose the Utube is enclosed in a double walled flask to prevent lose of heat. The double walled flask is interchangeable and can be fitted on to another Utube. While replacing the inner Utube one must be very careful because if it is broken and sodium comes in contact with moisture, it may result in fire.
All electric discharge lamps require a higher voltage at the time of starting and low voltage during operation. Generally, sodium vapour lamps are operated by a high leakage reactance transformer. At starting a high voltage of about 450 volts is applied across the lamp which is sufficient to start the discharge. When the lamp is fully operative after 10 15 minutes, the voltage across it falls to about 150 volts.
The efficiency of a low pressure sodium vapour lamp is very high about 40 50 lumens/watt and it produces a light of particular wavelength having yellow color. Sodium lamps are mainly employed for street, high way and airfield lighting where color distinction is not so necessary..

Researching Your Market Using Online Surveys
Researching Your Market Using Online Surveys
Market research is a critical activity that many homebased entrepreneurs fail to do for their businesses. Some simply do not know how to do it; others feel that they already have a good sense of their market; while some do not have the time or resources to do it.
One misconception is that market research is a timeconsuming activity that requires a tremendous amount of resources. My standard response is that the cost will depend on how you want to go about it. You can hire a market research company and pay them $20,000 for a survey including analysis, or you can do it yourself and spend only $19.95 using an online survey company.
I recently helped a company conduct a survey among their newsletter subscribers. They wanted to know their subscriber level of satisfaction with their product and the newsletter itself, get to know more about their subscribers profiles and demographics, as well as receive user feedback on their product. For only $19.95 per month, the whole process was a breeze with no headaches at all. The process of creating the survey questions and testing them as to their length and level of complication for the respondent was easy. They also provide the option of sending the survey question through email, as a text link on your website, or as a pop up on your site. Best of all, results were in real time: you can immediately see the responses in chart format immediately! If you want fast turnaround and speedy delivery of data results, online surveys are the way to go.
The only downside if you can call it that is that the price of $19.95 per month is only good for 1,000 respondents. If you get 1000+ respondents, then the price increases to an additional 5 cents per respondents. Still a great deal, overall. One other thing: it only automatically calculates the results of closedended queries. Prepare all your survey questions before you sign up. Once you sign up, your meter is already ticking and you want to use that to send out the survey and wait for the responses.
2. Start the survey at the first of the month. Afterall, the monthly fees are defined by the month. So if you signup, for example, on June 20 your account is active only from June 2030 the month of June and not June 20July 19.
3. Majority of responses will come within the first 3 days of sending the survey. They say that if the recipient has not responded within 15 days, there is very little chance of getting a response from the person.
4. Response rate can vary depending on the target audience. It can be as low as 1.5% or as high as 25%. With my client, we got 12% response rate because our target audience was their loyal customers newsletter subscribers and we sweetened the deal with an Amazon gift certificate!

Referrals Program Goes Public
Referrals Program Goes Public
After little more than two months of beta testing, our Referrals Program is now publicly open to any Triond user who has received at least one payment. If you still haven payment from Triond, you will automatically be enrolled in the program upon your first payment.
Referrals help you increase your Triond revenues simply by recommending Triond to people you know. You are assigned a unique link for your introductions. You can find this link on your dashboard just copy and paste it for your introductions. When someone joins Triond after clicking your referral link, it will be associated with your referral.
Here a reminder for the program terms: You receive 10% of your referrals revenue not including Google AdSense for a lifetime. That is, we add the equivalent of 10% of your referalls revenue to your earnings, without subtracting anything from those users own earnings. On the Triond Dashboard, you can see how many referrals you have, and how much revenue you generated through those referrals.
I have lots of friend I wish to refer to Triond but unfortunately, my earnings were just halfway for the minimum pay out to qualify me for referral program. I suppose if I will wait for the pay out my prospects would have signed out already without my referral. There should be some leniency on the rule of a payment before referring others to triond. For example I already have 149 posts and had been here for the last 8 months, doesn that seem less of a loyalty to triond to be required to earn my first check before referring others?

Power Roof Fan Ventilators
Power Roof Fan Ventilators
Proper ventilation requires that there be a movement or circulation of the air within the space and that the temperature and humidity be maintained within a range that allows adequate evaporation of perspiration from the skin It was formerly believed that the discomfort headache and lethargy commonly associated with poor ventilation were caused entirely by the increase in the amount of carbon dioxide and the decrease in the oxygen content of the air There is evidence to show however that the deleterious effects result largely from interference with the heat mechanism of the body Lack of air currents and the increase in relative humidity and temperature noticeable in crowded poorly ventilated places prevent normal evaporation of perspiration and loss of heat from the surface of the skin
A simple roof ventilator is essentially an opening in the roof with a cover to keep out rain and to prevent winds from interfering with its functioning Natural convection is an appreciable aid to ventilation in a large building only if it contains sources of large amounts of heat A further useful adjunct is a fan fan device for agitating air or gases or moving them from one location to another Mechanical fans with revolving blades are used for ventilation in manufacturing in winnowing grain to remove dust cuttings or other waste or to provide draft for a fire The addition of distribution ducts to the fan and a system for forcing air into the building provides greater efficiency Outlets are designed to attain maximum mixing of air and to move large amounts of air at low velocity so that temperature layers are eliminated Factories have special suction hoods and enclosures to draw away localized dust fumes and heat Incoming air may be cleaned of dust by filters or electrostatic precipitators
Natural ventilation depends on winds outside and convection currents inside a building Winds raise air pressure slightly on the windward side of a building and lower it slightly on the lee side The pressure difference promotes circulation into the building on the windward side and out of it on the lee side Convection currents are caused by the sinking of colder and therefore heavier air which displaces the warmer air A building may have a roof ventilator to allow the rising warm air to escape If there is an opening to the outside at the bottom of the building fresh cool air will be drawn in
Deep mines underwater tunnels and other subterranean and submarine environments require elaborate mechanically operated systems for maintaining the air supply in a healthful condition The lives of those working in or traveling through such areas depend upon a constant supply of fresh air; not only must the systems used be highly efficient but there should be provision for emergencies in case of failure of the apparatus in operation An outgrowth of studies of problems of ventilation is the development of methods of air conditioning heat pump is a reversible device that does mechanical work to extract heat from a cooler place and deliver heat to a warmer place The heat delivered to the warmer place is approximately the sum of the original heat and the work done
Such systems unlike ordinary methods of ventilation are independent of outdoor atmospheric conditions and can therefore maintain the indoor atmosphere at the most healthful temperature and humidity and can free the air of dust and other undesirable materials They accomplish this however at a considerable cost in energy
Roof ventilators are another option They work in both summer and winter In summer roof ventilators reduce the build up of heat in the ceiling spaces reducing the heat load on your insulation meaning that the insulation works more effectively In turn you will save on your electricity bills as the air systems will not have to work as hard In winter it reduces the amount of condensation that forms when warm moist air from exhaust fans meets cold surfaces Roof ventilators will also reduce the amount of corrosion and timber that occurs because of condensation Roof ventilators should be installed where there is sarking underneath tiled roofs when metal deck roofing is used and when there is evidence of condensation in the roof spaces or ceilings
A reliable ventilation system that can operate during a fire is both vital and essential It prevents smoke logging allows people to escape quickly minimizes damages to property and contents and enables firemen to attack the fire without hindrance Such power roof ventilators have the added advantage of providing normal day to day ventilation and in many cases can also be fitted with duct work for use in multi storey buildings

How to Fix iPhone 4 Camera Freezes in Simple Steps
Camera Freezes,Notworking problems you may encounter iPhone 4
I just bought an iphone 4 32gb last night. Right away when I tried to use the camera, it would freeze once the shutter opened, and then restart. I tried restoring it, updating firmware from 4.0 to 4.1, a hard reset and also leaving the power off for 20minutes. All of these didn work. I thought it might be a software problem, so I downloaded a third party camera app. It was the Super Camera: free version. Lo and behold it worked!!! So then I tried using the default camera application and it worked, too! Now I am all up and running. I downloaded a video camera, too and that worked. Forgot which app, though. I have literally just done this, so I will test it out for a few days and report back.
I know where I stand, and that Apple will take over, because after seeing several similar cases in the network, it seems that this is the partition where you installed the applications are full 300MB and must be pass information on to the second partition hence the camera freezes, of course most are phones no and I guess they can not guarantee to pull but I am surprised that no one comment on what you said, if apple is an error you have configured the system and must be I say charge.
