Why I should not outsource my SEO work

Now a day there is trend to outsource everything. Businesses outsource everything. They believe that by outsourcing you can get more qualified professional work done at lower rate and also you don have to take much responsibility. You just pay for the result you get out of your work. In that by outsourcing result you want is sort of guaranteed

But there are many other issues that need to be considered before you outsource your work. As when you outsource, you don have control over your work. And there is security risk as well. Apart from the risk factor there are many other issues. Let discuss most important ones.

When you outsource your SEO work, the main problem comes is keyword. You are the boss of your business. You have full knowledge of the business. And I am sure you cannot expect same knowledge from your outsourcing firm. You know every keywords, terms and words used in this business.

You know your customers base very well, their knowledge, their age and their way of finding your business as well. So my point here is you know better then any one else what keywords you customer would use to find your business then your SEO firm. So if they are not consulting you on keywords they are working on, or they are choosing their own keywords then the possibility is they are choosing wrong keywords and you are just wasting your money and time by paying them.

So if you give them keywords, and you do research, find our everything about the keywords, how many times those keywords are getting searched, who is searching and what times, and whey then you are on right track of outsourcing your work. Every procedure, every way of doing your business is only in your mind. Your SEO firm don know what keywords would strike a decision in your customer mind. You are the only one or your sales or marketing department would know what contents are best for your sales and marketing. If you are the one who decide on creative, decision making contents of your website then nothing better then that. Expenses

In general scenario return on investment in outsourcing is good in compared to doing same work in house. But in search engine optimization is your strong internet presence. If something goes wrong or if it goes in incapable hands then it might cost you a lot more then you expected return on whole investment.

Think in that way that in search engine optimization, you are making search engines to find your website useful for you visitors. And that the reason search engine is displaying your website in front of your competitors. But if search engine find out that your website is linking to bad websites, or your contents are manipulated or not fresh or not useful to visitors then they will never show your website in 1st page or front of your competitors. And if that thing happened then even if you spend more money on your SEO work, you will not get expected return as the SEO company is using cheap stuff for you SEO work. If SEO Company is not able to produce proper reporting to you on time then you are paying them in dark, without know what is happening.

That is general problem in outsourcing your work to any other company then doing it in house. There is no doubt that money involved doing in house work is very high then outsourcing it, but quality of work you get in house is far less compared to quality work you get from professional SEO firm like RealTrack, Expert SEO.

Apart from these issues I don see any other problems in out sourcing work to SEO firm. In reality, when comparing with outsourcing with in house work, benefit you get with outsourcing is very high. You get quality of work, no responsibility, you just pay for you results etc.
