Perform deadlifts, squats, lunges, leg presses, calf raises and hamstring curls. Lift and lower weights using muscle the entire time dont let weights drop back down. Pause between uplifts and downlifts to add isometric muscle contractions and help you prevent using the weights momentum on the way up.
