ViaWest Reports Revenue Growth

ViaWest attributes the metrics, combined with strong market growth across the industry to the company posting its best year financially in its history, increasing its total revenue growth in 2006 by 53 percent as compared to 2005. The majority of its revenue growth was driven by companies turning to ViaWest to manage its critical data and IT infrastructure needs through colocation and managed hosting services, as revenue from those services saw a 56 percent increase over 2005.year, we expanded into Portland by purchasing a Tier1 data center, signed more than 100 new customers and realized a 56 percent increase in revenue for colocation and hosting services in Colorado, says Roy Dimoff, CEO and cofounder of ViaWest. heightened demand helped ViaWest outperform our 2006 growth targets, Looking ahead to 2007, we are on track to further accelerate our success both organically and through additional expansion opportunities in new markets. the company has steadily built out data centers in three states, Colorado continues to reflect a growing market. In 2006, ViaWest grew its revenue in Colorado for colocation and managed hosting services by 56 percent over 2005 while demand from customers in Colorado opting for additional services increased by 100 percent.
